I have purchased a new laptop which is installed with the new operating Windows 7. This laptop from the Acer brand. But there is a problem with this laptop. When I want to play a GIF images on this laptop then it plays but I cannot able to move it to another place. Please help me to solve my solution.

You need the animated gif to functionality. The default file connection for gif in Windows 7 operating system is the different installed application for viewing photos, like the Live Photo viewer, and different like the Office Viewer. If you need the web browser to explore them by default, you have to reset the .gif extension. Control Panel/Default Programs/'modify a file association or protocol'/Scroll down to .GIF, and highlight it, to after that click the "Change" key, and select the browser, (like Internet Explorer.)

Thats all fine and great however I don’t need my gifs in Internet explorer - I need them to operate in my powerpoints so I can educate like I for all time have – I surely don’t need them to explore in internet explorer after that you have to go back to powerpoint so how can I get your answer with no powerpoint? and delight do not send again which is the similar answer to this question like you have to everybody else – I want to know can we please contain a patch or can I just go back to XP where the software application I want does the things I need. Please understand I need my gif images to run inside the POWERPOINT.
