Windows Live Messenger Webcam problem?

Or is it? I can only use my cam on Video calls! it piss*s me off because my cam isn't the best as its all integrated and using Vista drivers on Win 7. It did work once but then it stopped working. I can't say when it stopped though!!!

I do not think there is any problem about the drivers.. because am also using Windows 7 and had never installed or used and drivers CD on it. It is so advanced that whenever i add any new hardware, windows 7 use to find and install the drivers automatically. Anyways, the Webcam problem is very usual with windows live messenger.
