Family tree software compatible with Windows 7?

Does anyone know of a family tree software that is compatible with Windows 7? I have looked online and can find the Ancestry versions, which I don't really like the layout of. I'm not a fan of the website, and their software looks exactly the same.

I much prefer the Who Do You Think You Are versions, but can't seem to find one compatible with anything more recent than XP and Vista. Perhaps they have a new version coming out soon?

Alternatively, do you know if I can still use it on Windows 7 if it says it's compatible with XP/Vista?

There is a way through which you can make the desired change that is needed. All you need to do is to check out by making the application or installing it under compatible mode for Windows xp by right clicking on the installer.exe file and then under the properties tab choose compatibility mode as Windows Xp. This will help you out well.
