Need Help fixing "CLED Error SVR #001"

Hello ,

i try to install H2O's "Syncrosoft Emu" but the Message that a new Hardware was found, wont appear, instead i get the "CLED Error" and nothing more.

I get the Error also everytime i click the "Cledx.exe" in the H2O-Folder.

Some of Information of my System:

AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 955 Processo
Windows Vista Home (64 Bit)
ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series

i'am appreciative for every helpfull answar!

[edit]: Unmarking the CLEDX in the MSCONFIG wont solve the Problem, anyway that CLEDX is marked 1 Time.

Go to Start, Run and type "msconfig". Press Enter or click on OK to open up System configuration. Click on startup button. Uncheck cledx.exe and click on Apply and that's it. Reboot.
