How to disable CSS in Dreamweaver CS4

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7. I have installed Dreamweaver CS4 application to the system. The problem is that I am not able to disable the service that is CSS in new application. I used to disable it in CS3 but I am nit getting the option in CS4 version. Please help me out so that I can make the change that is needed. It will be helpful.
