AxAcroPDF throws unhandled exception on click of TAB

I recently installed this version of AxAcroPDF, I can no longer possible to open any PDF , the application crashes systematically at the opening. The Microsoft help center does not know the error , not Adobe support better ... I tried uninstall / reinstall several times. It throws unhandled exception on click of TAB. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements for Adobe Reader download.
