Picture Package for Photoshop CS5

I have a desktop and it is been installed with Windows Xp. I have installed Photoshop CS5 application to the system and the problem is that I am not able to get or make use of Picture Package. I need it well. Please help me out so that I can make the use of the thing and work well as needed. It will be helpful. Can anyone provide me a download for the same. Hope to get a solution.
