I have a config PC cam XM2 held and for the first time I have the following problem in Adobe Premiere Pro Manager: I want to export to tape a movie 10 minutes, When I plug my camera to the microphone and I run the export I see on the screen of my camera the blue screen that moves from time to time a little AC saves some pictures and then the blue, I am terrified by this thing , it's the first time. 1 - In your project is on external HD you do File> Export > Movie and you exported on the internal SD file " FILM "
2 - you create a new project on the internal SD
