Lightroom 2.7 update error

I am trying to install the update for Lightroom 2.7, but I am getting the error 1310 and 1304. I cannot access the C:\Program Data\Adobe. You just need to make sure that the permission that are open on the file. I have tried many things but getting the same error. Can is there anyone who can solve this problem of Lightroom 2.7 update error.

I have recently downloaded the updated twice, I have then rebooted then installed the administrator. I have done the msiexec /unreg ;msiexec /regserver. I think that the problem is not related with the Lightroom, but based on the error message, according to me it is related with the windows 7 X 64. Finally I am not excited about this since Lightroom 2.7 is not giving me better thing.

The weird problem is that it starts to do the install that creates the Canon 550D camera profile directory, and then complains it cannot write into it. It cancels out of the install, erase the directory that it generated, and then retry, and then it gives the same result: installer generates the directory, but cannot write into it.

Adobe has put online an update to its Lightroom software, now in version 2.7. You must aware that this is still a release candidate. Should be treated with caution especially with existing catalogs, just to clarify, for Mac user, the 2.7 RC mounts in parallel with 2.6. But for user of windows, uninstall the 2.6 and 2.7 is mounted in its place.

There is no side issue license, when you bought a versio 2.x and Maj are free. But for version 3 license to buy it. It's like this every major version change. A board anyway, waits for version 2.7 final. I would wait for as much as I do not see what would bring the 2.7. LR2.7 final version, you just need to download and install RAS.
