Photoshop CS5 application error - (0xc000001d)

I meet this problem with Photoshop CS5 whether the portable version installer. It would be the ram I put to test with different slots but still this error comes. I hope that someone can solve this problem. Thanks in advance for any and all please if you have any questions for me related to the problem of Photoshop CS5 application error - (0xc000001d).

I install the trial version of Photoshop CS5 Extended and when I run it displays me that the application failed to initialize properly (0xc000001d). Click on OK to terminate the application and once I press OK it gives me a second time. Could someone help me to resolve this problem or at least give the reason why this problem is occurring? I will be really thankful if you can provide the solution for this problem.

I am not confident about this but this problem may be occurring because of the configuration of your system. You must at least have Window XP SP3 and one gigabyte of RAM. I am also using Photoshop CS5 without any problem but I am having really high configuration. Window 7 operating system with 8 GB of RAM and a graphics card that supports Shader Model 3.0 and OpenGL 2.0.

I announce to the whole community as Adobe Photoshop CS5 does not work on AMD Athlon or Sempron processors. Indeed, it seems that only the Adobe Photoshop CS5 fails, the others start perfectly. I think the system files are damaged is the Windows CD in the drive then go to execute follows doing the command: SFC / scannow it will automatically fix. If that does not fix the problem then it will be better to send your system for the maintenance purpose. If your system is under warranty period ask them to replace the system without including any free cost.

I just have the games but I have a big problem with it and I installed it all the things going well it displays me the message that direct is valid for the game, put the codec windows media player. But after installation, when double click on Xenus.exe, it gives me an error message: "Application Error The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000001d).

The correct user level is and remains "User" The only purpose of the Admin is the installation! Software that requires admin rights, is simply programmed incorrectly. Currently I have about 3000 accounts on 150 Jobs. Which I can give in any case all admin rights. Software that requires admin rights is simply not in question.
