Are these softwares essential?

HI guys! i want to remove some applications from my pc to free some space.
i've found these app. taking a large space and i dont think i need these but please tell me- "Are these softwares really essential for my pc "
i just have a simple pc,
i dont play high definition games in it.
now tell me what should i do to free some space--

Java(TM) 6 Update 18
Microsoft .Net Framework
Microsoft Web publishing wizard
DIFX

As you have a Simple PC, out of these four applications, Java(TM) 6 Update 18 and Microsoft .Net Framework is worth to be there in the System as Microsoft .Net Framework is useful insalling any other applications and JAVA is used for scripting purpose. Rest you should remove Microsoft Web publishing wizard and DIFX as they are not used much.
