ACT 5.6 application not able to launch under Windows 7

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7. I have downloaded ACT 5.6 application and it is not able to get launch when been executed. i do not know what could have caused the same. Please do help me out so that I can get sort of the issue and make the application to work well with the thing. It will be helpful.

The problem could be well related to the application that is been downloaded. You may have got the download which is not proper and this is the reason you are not able to get sort of the thing. So in order to work well or get the issue to be functioned it is necessary that you do check for the thing by making the aspects to be implemented. Also you can make the installation under compatible mode that is right click on the installer.exe file and then under properties section choose Compatibility for Windows Xp and make it install.
