Every 40 minutes until 2:00, uTorrent gives this error when downloading or seeding, and it seems to lock on the PC and I have reset when I cannot load other programs in place, all icons EXE files are empty, and graphical interface of Windows gets a bit of a waste.

I haven’t changed the settings for everyone, I'm even allowed parameters, using an older version and still the same. I have completely removed from the regfile utorrent settings and files and install again tomorrow. PC as the day before it started happening, no Windows updates, etc. I even went back to the system restore a day or two that made no difference.

The problem of Kaspersky to resolve the problem:
1. Go to the settings of Kaspersky / update/ settings /
2. Uncheck Kaspersky server and add: ftp://dnl-test.kaspersky-labs.com/beta_updates/emu/

6. Goto the website: http://www.kaspersky.com/avupdates
7. Select your version
8. Updates on everyday (av-i386-daily.zip) and download the file somewhere on your computer

10. Go into Kaspersky settings / update / Settings and choose the FTP server
11. Restart
