    Read Access 2003 files with Access 2007

    If I install Office 2007 on a computer running Vista will I be able to read Access db files created on a machine running Office 2003 under XP?

    Yes, but you will need to covert those Access 2003 files in Access 2007 format. To convert an Access 2000 or Access 2002 - 2003 database (.mdb) to the Access 2007 file format (.accdb), you must first open the database in Access 2007 and then save it in the .accdb file format.
