An Emulator to Allow a sh***y graphics card to play Fallout 3?

I have a laptop with the intel graphics card, and I can't play Fallout 3 because of it. I tried using the 3danalyzer, but it still won't work. My card can't support tracking and lighting. Does anyone know a graphics card emulator that will work? Please get back to me about it!

If you need graphic card emulator then you go for the Satourne emulator. I am not sure that it will work with Fallout 3 but you can give it a try because this emulator supports most of the games I play. I hope this may help you.

I would better recommend you to purchase a graphic card or video card either from Ati or Nvidia. By using an emulator, you are actually degrading the processes and all other things used in your computer, which can even lead to frequent shut downs, high temp, high cpu usage. What is your system config by the way? I suppose you might be having a AGP slot for graphic card on your mobo.

Um...I'm not sure, really. And I don't have the money for the card, which is the problem.

When you say system settings, what exactly do you mean? My processor and such?

Because I can tell you that.

    OS: Windows 7
    Type: 64-bit
    Processor: Pentium Dual-core CPU
    RAM: 3GB
Sound: IDT High Definition Audio CODEC
Graphics: Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family
    Resolution: 1366x768 pixels

    Anything else?

Basically, there is massive amount of computer power needed for games emulators. It is alright for them to work for standard applications with not so high power requirements, but games need a lot of processing power. The Fallout 3 System Requirements is:

    Minimum System Requirements:
    • Windows XP
    • 512MB System RAM
    • 2 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent processor
    • 128MB Direct3D compatible video card
    • DirectX 9.0 compatible driver;
    • 8x DVD-ROM drive
    • 4.6 GB free hard disk space
    • DirectX 9.0c (included)
    • DirectX 8.1 compatible sound card
    • Keyboard, Mouse

    Recomended
    • 3 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent processor
    • 1 GB System RAM
    • ATI X800 series, Nvidia GeForce 6800 series, or higher video card
