Vista won't shut down. Please help

I am getting the BSOD as I shut down this is the info it is giving me in problem reporting please help:

This problem is because of some malware or trojan so the first thing I will suggest you is to scan your system with the antivirus software.

After that if you find process.exe files and the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT key then just delete those files these are not a part of the window.

This will definitely solve your problem.

Thanks Raine , however Windows defender did not find anything wrong on a full scan, spybot detected some errors relating to shutdown:
it says :

Shutdown;System32/wbem\logs\wmiprov.log
C:\\Windows\System32\wbem\logs\wmiprov.log
It is listed as a backup file.
