DivXLand Media Subtitler - Can It Do Persian/Farsi?

Hello, I have installed the Windows XP Operating system and now while using the DivXLand Media Subttler to create subtitles in Persian, I am getting problem with that. If you are having any idea from which I will able to get the solution then please provide that to me. I just want that to be in the Persian. How can I achieve it.
