The Windows Live Wave 4 header feature a reorganized vibrant navigation menu which shows the number of the user contacts which are current online. The release of Windows Live Wave 4 will add further themes for users to customise their pages on Windows Live, with a number of dynamic themes that changes as per to the time of day and weather conditions at the user's location. Several of these newly added themes are probable to be similar to wallpapers originating from Windows 7.
