missing Windows services

I tried formatting and reinstalling Win XP Pro
I also tried sfc/scannow
I also tried chkdsk /p /f
I accidentally uninstalled Client for Microsoft Networks - cuz I do not anyone anonymous connecting remotely to my PC.

I am currently missing the following services:

Alerter
Computer Browser
Server
Workstation
NetLogon

I also am missing 2 registry folders
Browser (as in Computer Browser)
from
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Browser\Parameters

TerminalServerClient
from
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\TerminalServerClient\Default

I believe a hacker created some sortof script to hide them from my PC when I attempt to re-install the OS and somehow were able to access them remotely. Is it possible?

how do I re-install all of them and how do I protect them against hackers?

I also do not seem to have any spare copy of Win XP Pro SP2 CD.

If you want to get back the alerter service then you can usually do it by importing the below given registry data, similarly you can do a search and find registry data for all missing windows services:
