Is Bit Defender AntiVirus 2010 compatible with Windows 7

I am using the Windows Vista operating system currently and I have also installed Bit Defender AntiVirus 2010 in my system. I have liked it a lot and hence, want to use it even after doing the upgradation to the Windows 7 operating system. Hence, I want to know that is Bit Defender AntiVirus 2010 compatible with Windows 7. Kindly provide all your suggestions and comments on this topic as soon as possible.

Even if Bit Defender AntiVirus 2010 is compatible with Windows 7, I suggest you to run the hardware and software evaluation tool in your system after Windows 7 is installed. This will help you to know if this particular antivirus is compatible or not with the operating system. Hello there, my recommendation to you is that do not upgrade, but do a clean install of the Windows 7 operating system. I am giving this suggestion because the problems like Bit Defender AntiVirus 2010 incompatible with Windows 7 can arise with the upgraded version. So, remove all the files of the older system by formatting and then, install a fresh copy of the operating system.
