If PDF files are handy for releasing a document on the Internet, it is not really easy (at least free) to edit. With the free PDF-XChange Viewer , you can add comments to any PDF file. You can then insert a note, but also highlight text, surround, strikethrough, underline, add text and draw on any page of your document and forward it to anyone. Your changes and additions will be readable by any PDF reader like Adobe Reader , Foxit Reader and Sumatra PDF . You can download it from here.

The changes you make on your PDF will be readable by your correspondents, regardless of their PDF reader like Adobe Reader , Foxit Reader and Sumatra PDF .. By opening your PDF again changed with PDF-XChange Viewer, you can retrace your additions, make new changes, etc..

To do so click the File menu and then click Save As. Select a folder to save the PDF, choose a name and click Save. You can then distribute your PDF document. Your changes will be visible to all but can not be changed. If you reopen your file with PDF-XChange Viewer, you can retrace your additions, make new changes, etc..
