Camtasia 7 No Audio coming from headset microphone???

i have a tecknika head set microphone and i have camtasia studio 7 i try recording with video and and sound i get video play but no audio when i speak please help now!!!

The problem could be related to the mic. It would not be functioning properly. So look out for it or install the drivers or upgrade them well from the device manager section.

well ive got one in there under group called other drivers SM BUS controller could that be the problem it saying about this device the drivers for this device are not installed

Yes this is the problem of SM Bus controller, you need to install the drivers for that. If you have the driver cd of your computer system then it will be better to install the drivers from that cd.
It will be better if you insert the CD and choose auto install then it will install all the drivers needed.

The new system audio feature works with any other device, whereas on XP the mic and system audio at the same time depended on whether the sound card would support it or not.On Vista they made such an implementation break, because they change all the audio support around. So we looked for ways to fix it. We came up with the new system audio feature in CS 7, which only works on Vista and Win7, because they changed all the audio support around. Sadly XP doesn't give us the same access, on the other hand the sound cards on XP generally were working well with our old method. So it should work about as good as it did on Camtasia 6.

ive used driver checker got driver but wen i entre my pass from login hangs there saying welcome forever so i went into safe mode and uninstalled i could login now but manage to get it installed SM Bus Controller and still nothing!!!!!! but im gettin audio but my speaking in the video is very quiet and rest fuzzy sound ders still dis prob that is not good sign i need to found out ot fix it were gettin close to fix it its those 2 buttons that are greyed

well everyone to tell u ive had my headset with mic tecknika for 4 months now and it stopped working with the mic only still get sound but im thinking will other products if i buy instead of a headset with mic just a mic would u think i get same problem then could it be my comp well it has not done it before but did last time but solved it but FORGOT how to!!!
