The issue could be well related as there may be issue associated with the the print application that you are trying to execute. Check out for the same that would help you out. In the control panel option look out for the printer icon and get access. Now right click on the pdf converter and open the properties. Now add on the new port and then assign the name for the same. After it is been done you need hat is the local port selection is done check out for the advanced tab and then make sure that print document button is enabled.

IT could be that the application you have installed to the system for print application is not much compatible with the operating system that you use. So it wold be better that you first install the drivers that is been associated and able to gel up with the same. Then you might make the issue to be sorted. Look out for the thin. Hope this may help.

    2. Now type msconfig in the search box option
    3. Under the selective startup tab and then choose Hide all Microsoft services

Try to process the application under safe mode option. This would then help in sorting the issue. Try to install the application under safe mode as there is no features that is been causing the problem. So in order to process the same look out for the thing by processing under the same. Hope this should sort the issue. Check it out.

It could be hat the application may have issues regarding the same. It could be that the installer file have some issues appended to the same and due to this the application is not able to work out well. So it would be good that you reinstall the application in order to make the thing function well. Or check out for adding printer application in control panel.
