Create Message Rules With Windows Live Mail

I have to discuss one of my confusion with you and which is related to the Windows Live Mail. I want to be aware about how to create message rules for Windows Live Mail. I have tried various methods to setup the rules in Windows Live Mail, but unfortunately didn't get any success. I wonder if you are let me know the procedure to create the message rules for Windows Live Mail. I am waiting for your reply.

It's very simple to create message rules for Windows Live Mail. You will get the 'Message Rules' options in the 'Tool' menu of Windows Live Mail. From there you will get the various options to customize the message rules setting. I don't know the exact procedure to achieve this creation of message rules. You also need to refer the help menu from there.

When Manually applied, the rule for WLM does NOT check the e-mail address in form #1 within the < >. It will match the e-mail address in form #2. And it will match if checking for Name. The rule works perfectly when automatically applied to incoming POP3 message. It will match on the e-mail address in the <>. The bug just appears to be with the From header. Testing on the To and Cc headers when Manually applying rules works fine.
