One Moment Please. Connecting to the iTunes Store. Loading ...

    Hi,

I installed the latest version (9.0.3) of iTunes at the beginning of this week, when I purchased my iPhone 3GS. Everything worked well and could access the iTunes store and purchased music. I had purchased my iPod when I moved to my iTunes library and everything was working well. But now I can no longer access my itunes, it is stuck on page, One Moment Please. Connecting to the iTunes Store. Loading .......... How do I fix this problem ???

Try to quit iTunes and reopen. If the problem persists, the store will probably just wait and is temporarily not available. Try again in a few hours. If you already have more than one day can not connect to the iTunes Store - and users in the discussion forum do not report similar problems - which can be blocked access to the iTunes Store through a software-or provider-configuration problem.

You must configure Windows Firewall so that iTunes can access the iTunes Store. Proceed as follows:

    1. Select the Start menu, select Control Panel.
    2. When Control Panel appears in Classic view, skip to Step 3, if not open, select "Security Center".
    3. Open "Windows Firewall".
    4. Click the Exceptions tab.
    5. Select the check box for iTunes, as shown here:
    6. Click "OK".

Had this same problem, after long internet search and several times on phone with apple here was what worked for me.
    Open iTunes
    Click "edit" then "preferences"
    Select "Parental Control" tab
Under "Disable:" put a check in "iTunes Store" and "Allow access to iTunesU"
    Click "OK"
Then go back in and reverse the process by uncheck the boxes.

It is always better to start your own topic rather than hijacking some other topic that doesnt complies with your querrie asked. Anyways, have you tried reinstalling the messneger again if I am understading your question properly? Also if you can go inside event viewer (type event viewer in search) and go to the windows log>applications tab. Look for errors (they have red in the left column) that mention messenger, there will be many.
