There are some tools that provide unix/linux like commands to run in windows. These tools install a new command prompt utility that can run the native unix/linux commands. You will get it easily. These kind of tools are available for free as these are freewares... All the best!

Cygwin is a Linux-like environment for Windows. It consists of two parts:
    • A DLL (cygwin1.dll) which acts as a Linux API emulation layer providing substantial Linux API functionality.
    • A collection of tools which provide Linux look and feel.

The Cygwin DLL currently works with all recent, commercially released x86 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Windows, with the exception of Windows CE.

there is... no need to install cygwin, etc. - 'findstr'

    ie: c:\netstat -na | findstr 139

will display netstat command output with lines including number 139

... simplest solutions are the best...
