Outlook 2002 - 2007 Distrubution list

We are in the process from switching from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2007, we moved our email server from Scalex to Zimbra. With the exception of the distribution lists I used in 2002 everything seems to be working fine.
My version of 2007 was installed on a new system that is running Windows XP Pro, SP3. We copied the .pst file from the previous PC, all the contacts and distribution lists were included. The problem is when I send an email to my distribution list it is immediately returned as Undeliverable with the following message:

Error Code: mail.SEND_ABORTED_ADDRESS_FAILURE
Error Text: Invalid addresses: <”’Dennis xxxxx’”>,<”’Joel xxxx’”>,<”’Pat xxxx’”>. com.zimbra.cs.mailbox.MailSender$SafeSendFailedException: Invalid Addresses; chained exception is:

(2 more chained exceptions)

Is there a setting or something that needs to be changed to make the list work like they did in 2002? If I delete the distribution list and then recreate it using the same name it works fine.

The distribution lists of outlook are very unreliable and give the problems similar to yours regularly. I was also facing the same problem while using Distribution list in Outlook 2000. Whenever the distribution list was used it gave an error saying "An internal support function returned an error" which would be solved by recreating the distribution list. Hence I think recreating the distribution list is only solution available.
