    How is YAMAHA Digital Music Notebook?

    Hey guys, I am a DJ by profession from last 3 years and now i have a huge collections of music in my computer. One of my friend told me to use YAMAHA Digital Music Notebook, so i thought it would be a laptop but then i came to know that it is a software made by the YAMAHA but still i do not know anything more then that. Can you guys tell me what YAMAHA Digital Music Notebook is and how to use it? Is it useful for any DJs?

    YAMAHA Digital Music Notebook System Requirement.

    If you want to use YAMAHA Digital Music Notebook on your computer then your computer must fulfill the following requirements.
    1. PC with x86/Mobile CPU (Intel, AMD) running at 1GHz or higher processor clock speed.
    2. 256 MB of RAM or higher (1GB recommended for Windows Vista).
    3. A minimum of 150MB hard drive space.
    4. Monitor, with a display resolution of at least 1024 x 768.
    5. 16 bit (or higher) sound card.
    6. Speakers or headphones.
    7. Internet connection.
    8. To utilize some of the features such as keyboard tutorials, an optional MIDI interface and MIDI compatible keyboard is recommended.

    If you wish to use YAMAHA Digital Music Notebook on your computer then your computer must be having some software/drivers installed on it such as Microsoft DirectX 9.0 or higher, Macromedia Flash Player (applies to use of some tutorial content, and the new template selection system. This should be installed in your Microsoft IE6 or IE7 Browser as well as Firefox (if you use Firefox), Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7.0 or higher with ActiveX enabled or Mozilla Firefox version 2.0 or higher. Firefox users will still need to have IE7 or higher installed on the computer for Digital Music Notebook to function with the new content templates. This software is not applicable for the Mac OS users.
    Note : New performance features will not function correctly with the when you have IE6 installed. Please upgrade to IE7 to access the full feature set of Digital Music Notebook.
