Windows 7 x64 slow startup and "welcome" screen

I am running with Windows 7 Pro X64 OS and getting some performance error.
The booting time is consuming near about 15-20 seconds and on the welcome screen taking as 23-34 seconds and then 1 to 3 minutes on the desktop processing .

I installed all the system managed device drivers , I tried to boot destroying unnecessary startup programs, but It is similar only 1-5 second performance getting increased.Have you any idea about this.

The overall issue is being clear that your profile is consuming so much time to load the system related processes. You can try this one to get the diagnostic of the system and can be resolved the problems.

Just Open up the System Configuration utility using the RUN command from the start menu and named as msconfig.exe and uncheck all the system components from the Startup tab.Now measure the performance of the system Now and calculate that how much time is being consumed to reboot.

If you are prompted on the desktop and able to execute and command and able to access the files then you can use the system provided diagnosis tool in the Graphical mode known as Task manager.

You need to take a look on the Task manager of the system which will give you the exact performance of the system from different sections of the system,It will tell that exact CPU is consuming by which one process and which one service is taking more time to load and start. Then you can manage those processes that is taking much time of the system.

If the delay time within the Welcome screen has been decreased from the minutes to seconds after unchecking all the components on the Startup tab of Msconfig, then at least one of those components is the culprit. Just check again half and look if it's between them. Then again uncheck the half of those including the bad components until you get them exactly.I need to know about the part number of the computer which you are using ? It guess PSAM3E-010011G3 or what ???
