Exif Farm 2.0 issues during execution

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have installed an application that is Exif Farm 2.0 to the system. I have no idea what could have been the reason that the application is not able to work well. whenever the application is been executed it malfunctions. Please help me out. It would be a great help.
