VIFilm 1.2 application not able to work

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. The problem is that the application that is VIFilm 1.2 is not able to function when been executed. I do not know why is this happening? What could have made it to work in such way. Please help me out in order to get the things sorted out well. Thank you.
