KidsPainter 2.0.0.4 applicaton issues

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have an application that is KidsPainter 2.0.0.4 installed to the system. The problem is that the application is not able to function properly. It freezes when been executed. Please help me out as I have no idea what could have caused it and want to get rid of the issue.
