When you print the presentation, is printed on the wrong page orientation. You should be clear with the basic concepts, so I have tried to explain it. Horizontal presentations can be printed in portrait orientation. As a result, the presentation focuses on the page and cut on both sides of the printed page. Vertical presentations can be printed in landscape orientation. As a result, the presentation focuses on the page and cut at the end of the printed page. The presentations that were printed correctly in earlier versions of Microsoft PowerPoint are printed incorrectly in Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 and later versions of PowerPoint. PowerPoint 2002 and later change the way that PowerPoint will print information sent to the printer driver. Certain printer drivers unsigned not interpret this information correctly and use the current default driver orientation. So I would like to suggest you to install the specific printer driver that is required. |

To resolve this problem, obtain a printer driver for your hardware manufacturer that Microsoft has proven to work with your version of Windows (a signed driver). In each case reported to Microsoft so far, Microsoft has not signed the printer driver in question. Driver signing is a process in which Microsoft certifies that a driver works properly with Microsoft Windows.

You should also know about the definitions of printing guidelines. Horizontal : This term refers to a page that is wider than tall. A standard page in landscape orientation is 11 inches wide and 8.5 inches high. Vertical : This term refers to a page that is taller wide. One page portrait orientation standard is 8.5 inches wide and 11 inches high. You can not change the slide layout in the preview. Change targeting causes several design problems that can not be corrected in the preview. |
