Such issues happen very often. If you print your calendar using the monthly parameter available, "2 pages per month," printed calendar is improperly formatted. Also many times it happens that days of month are not in the proper order. I think that perhaps the same thing is happening in your case. I would like to suggest you to change some layouts which can fix the problems.

If you want to print a page per month, the following steps would be useful for doing it :
  1. First you will have to go in the File menu, and then click on Print.
  2. In the print style, click on Monthly, then click Layout.
  3. In the available list, click 1/month page, then click OK, then OK.

There are many scenarios where you need to change the day you start your work week. I have provided you the steps that can be useful for doing that :
  1. In the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Preferences tab, click Calendar Options
  3. In the list the first day of the week, click on Sunday or Monday, then click OK, then OK.

Re: Formatting problem while Printing two-page monthly calendar in Outlook

The following steps will help you for weekends not print :
  1. In the File menu, click Print.
  2. In the print style, click on Monthly, then click Layout.
  3. Click to select the checkbox Do not print weekends.
Either print a page per month, or change the start day of your workweek Sunday or Monday. You can also eliminate this problem by selecting "Do not print weekends", but if your work week includes Saturday or Sunday is not a viable option.

Re: Formatting problem while Printing two-page monthly calendar in Outlook

This problem occurs under the following conditions :
  • Your work week schedule begins with a day other than Sunday or Monday.
  • You print using the monthly.
  • In layout, you choose the layout definition of "2 pages per month."
  • You chose the default setting to print the weekends.
Hope that you can overcome this problem.!!
