VVCap 1.5.106 freezes when executed

hello. i have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have installed and application that is VVCap 1.5.106 to the system. The problem is that the application freezes when been executed. I have no idea why is this happening? Please do help me out in order to make out things to work out possibly well. Thank you.
