The application that is been installed may have certain issue related to the same. It would be better that the application needs to be reinstalled. It would be better that application be removed and then reinstalled in order to make the things to work out perfectly correct. This should then function well. So do make the things to work out accordingly.

Install the compatibility tools for the Windows Xp or Vista under Windows 7 from the compatibility tools. It is quite essential and necessary that the application should be able to cope well now as the tools helps would help out support the feature for the same. This is quite very much necessary that you do checkout for the change that would take place.

Make the system to run under safe mode option. This would then help you out to figure out the problem that may have been the cause for the same. It would be better that the application should be able to focus on the feature that is basically low in safe mode and hence the software would then respond well. Do look out for the conclusion. It would be better.
