SnagIMG 2.3.0 issues after installation

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have installed an application that is SnagIMG 2.3.0 into the system. I do not know what could have gone wrong but the application is not able to function appropriately. Please do help me out in making the issue to get sorted. IT would be a great help. Thank you.

The application that is been installed may have some issue appended with the installer. This could be the reason that the application is not responding well. You need to reinstall the application in order to make the things to work out well for you. This is basically the way through which you can sort the issue out. Check out for the output after re-installation of the application.

You can perform the re-installation of the application by following the steps as mentioned below:

1) Click on the start button and then to the control panel.
2) Now open the add/remove program option.
3) After it is been done you need to select the desired application and then click on remove button.
4) Now restart the system and then make the changes.

It could be that the system is not able to cope with the application that is been installed. This is because as the operating system been highly advanced and sophisticated it could be that the application is not able to respond to the system well. It is very much necessary that the application should be able to support to the feature of the operating system. Look out for the support addon for Windows 7.

Install the compatibility tools for Windows Xp or Vista under Windows 7 from the compatibility center. This is because the application may then support to the system as it would then process to the features supporting the application from the compatibility tools that has been the reason for the same. Perform a clean boot process in order to hide the advanced services that is been activated by the operation. All you need to do is follow the procedure as follows:

* Click on the start button.
* Type msconfig, in the searchbox option.
* Choose Hide all Microsoft services under the selective startup tab.
* Disable the activated services.
* Restart the system.
