Hi There everyone! I was wondering if you guys could give me a hand, and help me out connecting my iPod Touch using iTeleport-Jaadu VNC to Windows 7 Remote Desktop. I recently got Windows 7 Ulitmate, where i found the Remote Desktop feature! I did use REAL VNC on my old XP computer, and was wondering if you guys could set up a guide to how to set the Computer to the right settings, and connect to it with my iPod.... I have been surfing the Web for some hours now, with no luck whatsoever ... All help greatly Appreciated! Thanks a lot! Chris |

Hey there, thanks for your reply... however i want to use the Remote Desktop function that comes with the Windows 7 Ultimate edition. Not just iTunes remote. But take controll of my entire pc, and not just iTunes. I have installed on my iPod touch 2nd Gen. iTeleport (used to be called Jaadu). Its a VNC client that connects to Remote Desktops so i can controll them. Hope this clears things up a little! Thanks |

I think you need to check out all the functions and guide about the remote desktop feature by going on the microsoft official website and then you will understand all the functions and you can also have the knowledge about how to use this remote feature on windows 7. If you find any of the query on windows 7 and you are not getting the solution then the best thing is to visit microsoft's official website. |

Hey, I have solution for you which is simple. Forget iTeleport-Jaadu VNC and make use of the Remote Desktop for iPhone and iPod for your Windows 7. It enables you to have full, secure access to your work computer through wifi or the phones network (EDGE). It will provide you following FEATURES:

| Re: Connecting iPod touch to Windows 7 Remote Desktop
Hi there, Thanks for the great advice you gave me! However ... i have followed the exact instructions shown on the Webpage, and i still cannot get my iPod to connect with my Win7 PC. I set up my Remote settings, added a user, set-up remote desktop... everything the page told me to... I even checked the Registry for the Remote PORT ... which is 3389 .. however nothing seems to work. When i then try to connect it just loads, and then says Error Cannot connect to host 192.***.*.*** port 3389 ... so now im stuck again! hope you can help! Cheers |
