Jet Screenshot 2.2.1 application issues

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have installed an application that is Jet Screenshot 2.2.1 into the system. The problem is that the application do not respond when been tried to execute. It freezes the system. I do not know what has to be done. Please help me out. It would be a great help. Thank you.
