EquPixy 3.0 application issues after installation

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. The application EquPixy 3.0 is been installed to the system. The problem is that the application gets freezed when been executed. I do not know what might have caused this problem. Please do help me out it would be a great help. Thank you.
