Nailer 1.0 application not able to respond

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have an application Nailer 1.0 downloaded from a website. The problem is that the application is not responding after installation. I do not know why is this happening or what could have caused it so? Please help me out. It would be a great help.
