In a 2007 Microsoft Office program, send it to OneNote 2007 printer runs in the printer list in the Print dialog box. This problem may occur when the printer driver Send To OneNote 2007 is missing. I think that there are chances of getting this error when the driver printer Send To OneNote 2007 can not be installed on a 64-bit version of Windows operating system. So first try to install the proper driver or update the existing driver. By doing this there are chances of fixing this problem.

You should also try to install a generic printer driver and configure the Microsoft Office OneNote 2007. The following steps for that would be useful if you are using the Windows Vista :
    1. Click Start, type printers in the Search box, then click Printers in the Programs list.
    2. On the left side of the page up, click Add a printer.
    3. In the dialog box Add a printer, click Add a local printer.
    4. Click to select Use an existing port, select the appropriate port and then click Next. For example, you can select LPT1.
    5. Under Manufacturers, select Generic, select Generic / Text Only under Printers, then click Next.
    6. If you receive the following message, click to select Use the driver that is currently installed (recommended), then click Next :
      • What driver version do you use?
    7. Click Next, then click Finish.
