Error message while printing to Adobe Distiller in Publisher 2007

Hi friends,
I am facing problem with the Publisher 2007. Actually it works properly but when I print to Adobe Distiller in Publisher 2007, it gives an error message. The error message states that : "You have to send the host fonts". I am not having any idea about fixing this problem. Do you think that there is some problem with the Publisher 2007.? Please tell me solution about an Error message while printing to Adobe Distiller in Publisher 2007.!! Hoping that someone would help me sooner.!!

When you try to print a Microsoft Office Publisher 2007 or Microsoft Office Publisher 2003 as composite cyan, magenta, yellow, you black (CMYK) or as separations to the printer driver directly Adobe Acrobat Distiller, you can receive the following error message :

When you create a PostScript file, you must send the host fonts.

Open the printer properties Acrobat Distiller, Adobe PDF options page and disable the option "Do not send fonts to Distiller".

Error: Unable to continue printing. For more information, press the F1 key.

This error does not occur if you print a test RGB (red-green-blue) on the same driver.

This problem occurs because the Distiller printer driver intercepts the spool file in Publisher and sends in the Distiller program. When Publisher prints a publication as color separations or CMYK, it changes the spool file after its creation. Distiller interprets this action incorrectly and behaves as if Publisher created a PostScript print file.

To resolve this problem for the present publication the following steps :

1. In the File menu, click Print.
2. In the Name list, click on Acrobat Distiller and then click Properties.
3. Click on the Adobe PDF Settings tab.
4. Clear the checkbox Do not send fonts to Distiller.
   Click OK.
5. Modify all parameters of all Windows print that you need to edit and click OK.

The method is presented in the "Symptoms" will not work with all versions of Adobe Distiller. If this is the case, proceed as follows :

1. Add the printer driver Generic Color PS For Commercial Printing.
2. Print to a file .Ps printer using the Generic Color PS For Commercial Printing.

To resolve this problem for all future publications, follow these steps :

1. Click Start and then click Printers and Faxes.
2. Click the right mouse button on the Acrobat Distiller icon and then click Properties.
3. Click Printing Preferences.
4. Click on the Adobe PDF Settings tab.
5. Clear the checkbox Do not send fonts to Distiller.
6. Click OK.
7. Modify all parameters of all Windows print that you need to edit and click OK.
8. Click Set and OK again.

If you use Publisher 2007 and if Adobe Distiller is not necessary to generate your PDF, you can also use one of the following additions for the 2007 Microsoft Office system :

• Microsoft Office 2007 Add-in: Microsoft Save as PDF or XPS
• Microsoft Office 2007 Add-in: Microsoft Save as PDF
