You have to use following steps to fix the problem. 1.First go to Start button -> now select Run option and then type in: msiexec /unregister Now press enter. 2.After this again click on Start button -> now select Run option and then type in: msiexec /regserver Now press enter. After this if you still have the same problem then go to following link to clear the installer database using "Windows Installer CleanUp Utility" http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301  |
