Reinstall hlink.dll mscms.dll files

I need to reinstall hlink.dll mscms.dll files. I have located them and have them on my desktop but I am having problems reinstalling. My computer seems to be running fine but would like to get things back to normal. I have also tried to restore to an earlier date but that did not fix the problem.

To reinstall the Hlink.dll file on your system. you need to delete it first if it is still on your hard drive and the replace it. You will find this Hlink.dll file on the windows recovery CD. It can be installed with the microsoft Internet Explorer. simply reinstall the microsoft Internet Explorer and you are done.
