How to remove a digital signature from word file?

Hello Guys,

I am totally confused about one issue of MS word . I have one word document, which has digital signature. I want to remove this digital signature from word document. I have referred lots of websites but didn't get procedure for this. If anyone of you know how to remove digital signature from word document, then please let me know that. I am waiting for your reply.

I suggest you to follow below given steps for to remove digital signature:

• Select Options from the Tools menu.
• Then Select the Security tab option.
• The select Digital Signatures.
• Then choose the desired signature you want to remove, and then click Remove.

If you want to remove the digital signature from the word document which contains the macro project, then please do the following procedure:

1. First you need to open the word file from which you want to remove the signature.
2. From the Tools menu select the 'Macro'.
3. Next step is to click over Visual Basic Editor.
4. Then in the Project Explorer, you will need to choose the project.
5. Then select Digital Signature from the Tools menu .
6. Finally Click Remove.
