NGSolve 4.9.12 application issue

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have downloaded a application that is NGSolve 4.9.12 to my system. I do not know what could have happened but the application responds with issues. The application gets freezed when been executed. Please help me out in order to get the things to be corrected.
