Windows Ultimiate 32 Bit Virus issue

hey i got vista ultimate 32bit virus protection all up to date and running but i keep getting windows messages host process has stoppd or nero has stopped and in general my computers running like shit. wot could be the prob? could my harddrive be ****ed? im newto this so ne help would be appreciated.

It might be that your system is affected by virus and so you are getting the message on your windows of host process has stopped. You can come out of the host process problem by following these steps, first up all you have to open the Task Scheduler, after that you have to expand it and go to the Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows > RAC. Then you have to select on the view menu, after that you have to enable the Show Hidden Tasks (and you can see a tick appears beside it). Then you have to right click on RACAgent in Windows Vista and if you are using Windows 7 then you have to click on RACTask and at the end click or choose Disable. And your problem will be solved.
