What are Steps for Printing Multiple Copies of a Word 2007?

Hello Friends,
I am using the MS Office 2007 from a long time. I have also printed the documents for a number of time. But still now I don't know how to print two or more documents that are present in Word 2007. So I thought to take some advice from you guys for the same. Please tell me what are steps for Printing Multiple Copies of a Word 2007? Hope that you got the point that I was trying to tell.!!

You can not print multiple copies of a Microsoft Office Word 2007. If you type a value greater than the area in number of copies in the Print dialog box, one copy is printed. This problem occurs if you use one of the following printers :

• Brother ML 4500 Laser
• Brother HL 960
• Canon BJC-5100
• Color Ink Jet Epson Stylus 600
• Hewlett-Packard DeskJet 1200C
• Hewlett-Packard 1600
• Hewlett-Packard DeskJet 550, C 560, 660C, 693 C, C 694, C 855 or 870CSE when not using the latest printer driver

This problem occurs if the following conditions is met :

• You are using a printer driver from Microsoft Windows 3.1 or an earlier version of Windows.
• The registry key containing the settings for Word 2007 is damaged.
• The printer you are using does not support printing multiple copies.

You can avoid this by disabling printing in the background :

1. Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Word Options.
2. Click Advanced. Then, under Print, click to clear the check box Print background.
3. Click OK.

Or you can also change the printer settings Spool Pilot, by following the steps :

1. Click Start, then click Printers and Faxes.
2. Click the right mouse button on the printer icon printer you use, then click Properties.
3. Click the Advanced tab, then select Print directly to the printer.
4. Click OK.

By modifying the graphical vector to raster, you can print multiple copies of a Word 2007 :

1. Click Start, then click Printers and Faxes.
2. Click the right mouse button on the printer icon printer you use, then click Properties.
3. Click on the tab graphics.
4. Assistant GUI, click Graphics bitmap, click Apply and then click OK.

The above steps may not apply to each printer. For steps that are specific to the printer you are using, contact the manufacturer.

If you use a Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 5 P that uses the printer driver Hppcl5ms.drv, follow these steps :

1. Click Start, then click Printers and Faxes.
2. Click the right mouse button on the printer icon of the Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 5 P, and then click Properties.
3. Click on the Print Quality tab.
4. Under Graphics mode, click on frame.
5. Click OK twice.
