Why Page borders Prints incorrectly in Word 2007?

Many times I have observed that after giving the print command the borders of the page are not printed properly. Means they are not printed correctly as expected. I still don't have an idea about the reason for this cause. So thought to share my problem with you guys. Hope that you would have solved this before. Please tell me why the Page borders Prints incorrectly in Word 2007? Help me as early as possible.!!

Page Borders in a Microsoft Office Word 2007 can not be displayed or printed as expected. This problem may occur because the page border may be in the unprintable area is defined by the printer driver. I would like to recommend you to reinstall the driver that you are using for the printer or update the driver. Doing this there are chances of fixing the error that you are facing. When you view or print a Microsoft Office Word 2007 in print preview, page borders in the document can be displayed or printed incorrectly. In addition, the following error message may appear :

• One or more margins are set beyond the top of the printable area. Click the correct button to increase the appropriate margins.

This problem occurs because the page border by default is 24 points (approximately 0.31 centimeters) from the edge of the page. Adjusting it by going into the setting can fix your error.

Even I want to mention that such problems occur mostly when the setting of the page border is not proper. This is the parameter page border by default regardless of the unprintable real printer. Even if the document margins may fit in the printable area of the page, the page border may still be in the unprintable area is defined by the printer driver. This problem affects Hewlett-Packard (HP) DeskJet most other printers. The specific setting depends on the driver DeskJet printer series.

For fixing an error of incorrect printing, you can set the page border relative to the outer edge of the page. The following steps explains the same :

1. On the Layout tab, click on edges of pages in the group's background page.
2. Under the Page Border tab, click Options.
3. In the dialog box border and shading options, change the default setting of 24 points in the margin area to a new position. For example, you can change the value for the top, bottom, left and right margin settings to 31 points.

You should keep in mind that margins page border is variable only between points 0 and 31 points. A measure of 31 points equals approximately one-half inch.

To define the position of inside edge of the page border from the page margin, follow these steps :

1. On the Layout tab, click on edges of pages in the group's background page.
2. Under the Page Border tab, click Options.
3. In the unit list, click on the text.
4. If necessary, change the default setting of 24 points in the margin area at least 10 points.
5. Click OK twice.

Depending on the default printer is configured on the computer, you may need to change the margin settings below for your page 0.8 "or higher. To do this, click on margins in the Page Setup group, then click custom margins. On the Margins tab, change the bottom margin 0.8 "or higher.
